Two cleaning methods, chosen by the job
Very low moisture (VLM) cleaning is our method for speed and standard maintenance. It uses very little water, and floors are typically dry in about an hour, sometimes in as little as 20 minutes with proper airflow. Traditional steam cleaning, which the industry calls hot water extraction, is our method for heavy soil and certain odor problems, and it takes longer to dry. What every service includes
Every job starts with a free written quote that lists each room or item and the method we recommend. We use non-toxic, eco-friendly solutions that are safe for children and pets when used as directed (more on safety), and we tell you before we start what should improve and what may not.
